We’re a mother-daughter team who have been serving San Mateo and the surrounding Bay Area cities since 1997. We do house cleaning, but it’s more than just that, we clean homes. We treat your home with the same care and respect as we would our own, every detail matters!
Standard Services

Dusting
We know that dust settles throughout a house and will treat your home as if it were out own. Let us get rid of the dust on blinds, light fixtures, ledges, and anywhere else it forms.
Vacuuming
We vacuum, sweep and mop all types of floors, in common areas, bedrooms and bathrooms as well as the kitchen.
Wipe downs
We wipe down all surfaces, counters, door handles, tables, anything that needs it done.
Common area and bedrooms
We make sure that the common area is free of dust bunnies and cobwebs. Special attention is given to high-traffic areas, keeping them fresh and looking new.
Kitchen
Stoves and ovens accumulate hard to clean grease and food splatter. We make sure everything is sparkling clean and ready to use. It will seem as if you only ever ordered out!
Bathrooms
We empty trashcans, clean the toilets as well as showers and sinks, making sure to keep everything free of mold and hard water buildups.

Refrigerator cleaning
In addition to fingerprints on the front, fridges accumulate spills, chunks of fallen food, and containers of ‘mystery mold’. We’ll clean off all the sticky gunk, clean out the questionable containers, and leave your fridge spotless and fresh, inside and out.
Move-in move-out (for tenants and landlords)
Moving into a new home can be hard enough without having to also clean it. Emi & Betty do both move-in and move-out cleanups, saving you the time and stress. You will get your deposit back, and ready the home for your next family to enjoy.
Window cleaning
Yes, we do windows! We’re happy to add sparkling glass to your cleaning package – just ask!
